Siberian kale originates from North Asia and Northern Europe with white stems from base of root through the leaves. Large, flat with edges ruffles shape leaves with a delicate texture and bluish green in colour. Siberian kales are tender and offers mild cabbage like flavour.
It is rich in Vitamin A and C, contains trace of iron and calcium. Siberian kale is also rich in carotenoids and other fat-soluble nutrients best pair with nuts or oil.
